There are two approaches to our service:
Option 1
Carry our Biker Accident Assist card This
provides you with complete peace of mind whilst out on
the road.
By contacting
BIKER
ACCIDENT ASSIST we can provide you with a card
and sticker with our contact details.
The card is designed to fit in your wallet, purse or
jacket and to be taken with you when on your bike.
The sticker is designed to be fixed to your bike in a
discrete but noticeable place. The sticker notifies
fellow riders or the police who they should call to
collect your bike.
In the event of a non-fault accident you can telephone
the number on the card/sticker and speak to an operator.
The operator will arrange roadside assistance in the
recovery of your motorbike and transportation to a
garage for repairs.
The circumstances of your accident will then be relayed
to an expert solicitor who will make contact with you at
the earliest opportunity when it is convenient with you.
The expert solicitor can advise you further in relation
to the accident and put into place a number of measures
depending on the circumstances, such as :
- Arranging repair of your bike
- Arranging a hire bike whilst yours is off the
road
- Making contact and dealing direct with your
insurer
- Arranging medical assistance and rehabilitation
- Arranging replacement helmet and leathers
- Loss In Value (Diminution)
- Beginning the process of pursuing your personal
injury claim to recover you compensation and all
your out of pocket expenses
To carry our card simply complete one of the
following:
REMEMBER, in the event of a non-fault
accident:
- DO NOT admit liability
- Obtain full names and addresses of those
involved
- Make a note of all vehicle registration
numbers involved
- Obtain witness details
- Make a careful note of the exact
location of your accident
- Telephone the police if there are
injuries

Option 2
If you have already had an accident -
contact us for free advice If you have
already been involved in an accident you can
