What happens if I have a
non-fault accident?
Put simply you call BIKER ACCIDENT ASSIST. By
carrying our card and sticker you have access to an
EMERGENCY telephone number
When you call:
- Your call will be answered promptly 24hours a day
365 days a year.
- You will speak to a UK based operator who will take
your details and accident location.
- Arrangements will then be put in place for your
motorbike to be recovered from the roadside or police
storage pound.
- Arrangements will be made for your motorbike will be
taken to a repair centre
- Your bike hire needs will be discussed and
arrangements made to deliver a hire motorcycle to you.
- An inspection report will be prepared detailing the
damage and repair costs of your motorbike.
- You will be contacted by a specialist solicitor at
the earliest opportunity to discuss your compensation
claim in full detail.
- We will deal with all the legal paper work and
correspondence with your insurers – it is important that
you concentrate on your recovery

What happens if I have an
accident and it is my fault?
If you are involved in an accident that is your fault you
can still contact BIKER ACCIDENT ASSIST.
Our telephone operators will still make arrangements for
your bike to be collected – but clearly, if the accident was
your fault, you will be responsible for paying for the
recovery services. Again if you require a hire motorcycle,
arrangements can still be made but you will be fully
responsible for the charges. |
